Don't hold your breath...yesterday a "ask the lawyer" type of radio call-in show had somebody (I think she was the district director) from the Dallas INS office as their guest, so I called and asked when they were going to put K-3 into effect and she said "several weeks...I hope maybe the end of September at the earliest"
