I would check with the big ones like Carlson Wagonlit (or something like that) etc. I think I've heard of ones that will even jet you back to the states in a flying ambulence if need be. For that length of stay you are probobly smart to get it. I have an American friend who was visiting another friend in a village north of Cali. He got up in the night and tripped over the other friend's black dog in the dark and fell and snapped his forearm so that it dangled loosely. They took him down to the hospital in the small city of Tulua where he lay on a bed in agony for some hours untill his friends got a thousand dollars together to pay the doctor.
