Is MCK banned?

Is MCK banned or did his girl friend over do the blood ritual?Just joking.Actually I feel bad I gave him such a bad time at first.I think he is sincere and even has some pretty good points some times but then gets jumped on some times for the way he expresses them.
When I saw him and Hoda going down the page back and forth about 20 times I didn't even read it.After 2 or 3 responses it gets old.Hoda is still here,but he's got mucho points in my opinion for many good posts and trip reports and I think one of the wise voices and good guys here(plus funny as hell) although he does get drawn in to flame wars.
And I even miss  Houndog,even if he could be pretty nasty and negative at times.He also had alot to say and could be fun to have around.

Mck's Banned. I think his Mexicana was upset reading the responds, maybe she pressured him to stop?? Yeah, I miss reading Houndog's Posts even thur he disliked me hehe. I wonder what forum HD Posting at now, and How's his marriage life?

Greg,
Houndog got kicked off Latin woman List also.There is the 2 gringos list but I don't follow it anymore.I kind of think we would hear about him if he was over there.Jun Fan follows that list maybe he knows.
About the last post I answered of his I told him I thought he was on the ragged edge of getting bounced out of here but he didn't seem to get it,thought everyone else was the problem.I got along with him most of the time but we got in to it a little at the end.I feel a little bad,like getting negative on me was one of his last acts.I'm pretty hard to pick a fight with.Patrick put up with more from him than anybody and I think very reluctantly banned him.I think he either liked houndog or thought he had alot to offer.Houndog could be very nasty at times and then totally change and be very nice.I  wondered if he was perhaps on and off medication.
Anyway I wish him well and wonder if he still follows the site.Every report I heard his wife was fine and seemed to really love him so I hope its working well,it seemed to be.

with HD around..  I have a friend, the infamous Malandro who seriously thought HD had a drinking problem, mainly because of the sometimes incoherent talk and mood swings.  Similar to how you think maybe he was on and off medication.  I do not know what to think but HD would probably smile about this.

He got banned during the soap opera that ensued when a woman my friend Hamlet was corresponding with in Panama posted.  Remember "Marie deceived" and the comedy that ensued??  Some people thought she was also really another male masquerading because she could not have been for real.

I also wonder whatever happened to Ralph or Rafael, another fan of HD :-).  I have not heard anything about him for a long time.

I didn't follow all the flame wars to understand why Malandro got banned.I thought he was very creative with his humor.Some of it was really funny.Then he would keep coming back under different names but you could tell it was him with the clever posts.I guess he yanked some peoples chains and stepped over the line as far as Patrick was concerned.

Malandro produced some seriously artfull comedy routines. There were many times he had me falling out of my chair laughing. Yup those were the days.

Malandro got the boot when HD posted a trip report of his trip to Cartegena with JunFan, Malandro took the trip report and wrote what he thought "actually happened".  I was away that weekend so I missed it because Patrick deleted it and quickly banished Malandro.  Malandro sent me a copy he had saved and after the first few paragraphs I could see why he was booted.

Pretty durn funny stuff if you were not the target.  He used to harrass that ole dog.

Well, I talk to him (HD) on the phone from time to
time--say every two or three weeks or so. He's doing
fine. His marriage is going A-1, guess it's been a
year for them now (I think Aug 15 or 16 will be their
1st anniversary). Sometimes when I call he is at work
and I talk to his wife a while, she tells me the same
thing, that she loves him 11+ on the 10 scale. Even if
he is home, I always talk to his wife too, she gives
me the "latina woman" perspective on some of MY
problems.  His wife's English is getting pretty
good--thick accent and some gramatical errors, but
even a non-spanish speaker can figure out what she
means. I'm going to rule it a "success story" for both
of them. One problem, no bambinos on the way, unless
things have changed since our last talk.

I don't come back here much, but was bored on Sunday and checked it out...same ole s^it.  Pete's still here giving his two cents from the peanut gallery instead of getting out there and "living".   What a joke.  

If HD wants to post his story, that's his business.  I was just shocked at how far off base "Michael B" was, and set the record straight.

As for me, I'm off to Baja Sur this weekend for two days of intense fishing...and skirt chasing.

Sorry to hear that.Really.Even for our differences I always liked Houndog.I immagine that must be really disapointing and disheartening,but you know about that also.
It always seems a little strange when I read about the break ups,because all the people I know personally are doing well.Marriage is always risky and I guess with a person from another culture you don't know well its even more so.Maybe we got lucky.
