Day 4 – The Odyssey Continues

My first cita for the day is not scheduled until noon again… ugh… So, more time by the pool… It’s ok since I wanted some time to relax anyway… My noon cita is a reschedule from yesterday… She is my number 2 selection from the catalogs… Unfortunately, she calls to cancel… Family issue… Crap…

Then my 2:00pm cancels… Double crap… Life sucks at this point…

My 3:30pm shows up, hurrah… She is a lawyer working for the Colombia Military… She is sweet, a lot of fun, speaks broken English and we hit it off… Her photos were excellent but in person she is not my type…

My 5:30 is another lawyer… She is sweet, speaks excellent English and we hit it off… She looks nothing like her photos though… After having a nice conversation at the agency, I ask her to dinner and we go to a restaurant at Avenue Sexta y Calle 18 called Paparazzi’s… We have a nice meal, good conversation and generally a good time… Finally, there may be some potential here… Word of warning, steaks in Cali are not like steaks in the USA… When they ask if you want the Baby Beef because it is more tender, believe them… That is unless you have really strong teeth and want to fight with your meal… All in all, good date…

Interesting point... Last night is was warm and comfortable... People were everywhere on Avenue Sexta... Tonight, it was a little cooler, like 72 degrees... Pleasant by US standards... But there was hardly anyone out on the streets or in the clubs... I asked my date about this and she said that it was too cold for her people.. She said that everyone would stay home when it gets this cold... lol... This may be something to think about for you guys who live in colder climates... If these girls think it's cold at 72 degress, imagine how they are going to feel when there's snow on the ground... Actually, during some of my citas the girls asked me about the climate of where I live... It IS important to them...

So much for Day 4…
