It seems the Auc is keeping the park clean and safe. I expect some of the local bad guys got the message.

It is an online translated article from el Universal. That is Cartagena's paper. Google will give you translated connections to Colombian papers like El Pais in Cali or El Tiempo in Bogota. You have to read between the lines sometimes but you get used to it after a while. JIM C
