I'm thinking about going to Guadalajara and considering Mexican Matchmakers. They have some attractive women posted on their site but none that I would consider "gorgeous" as you often see on Colombian sites. They claim that only half of their women are shown on their site. Has anybody recently seen the other half in their books and could some be considered "gorgeous"? Everyone has certain things they want in a Latina and physical beauty is high on my list. I'd like to confine my search to Mexico because of its proximity to the U.S.

I am going to Mexican Matchamakers this wednesday. I will give you the inside scoop. I talked yesterday with one of my buddies whos brother-in-law is retired down in guadalajara. His brother-in-law married a a girl from guadalajara. He was 45 , she was 19 and the marriage lasted about 29 years until he died. He told me that she treated him like gold and that even thirty years later she is still a knock out. He basically told me "bring back some dirt from guadalajara and put it in your briefcase so we can grow some women, they don't grow women like that in the states". He said the people down are there are very friendly. As for Terry only putting the hottest girls on the website not true, these are simply the girls who wanted to be put on the website. My buddy was also telling me the Dominican republic has awesome hospitality and beautiful women, but this guys best friend owns one of the biggest factories in the Dominican Republic so I am sure he got the best women and best treatment down there. As for Colombia, I am not venturing down there. It is to dangerous down there right now. I know to many people that got mugged down there, so thanks but no thanks lol.

I don't have any direct experience with them, but I would guess that they probably put the best looking ones on the web site. Just my opinion. Good luck.........Canadian.

In theory Mexico should be brimming over with beautifull women but I have yet to see any on matchmakers, TLC or any other Mexican site that hold a candle to even the "second string" Colombian women. So what gives?

I should know as I live here in Mexico. I believe Mexico has more beautiful women than Colombia just due to the fact that there are 100,000,000 people in Mexico.

Perhaps you have never been to Mexico. The culture is seemingly differant from Colombias as the girls here are very traditional, especially out here in the small towns. Now don't think that these are shy, timid girls from the countryside. These girls place a premium on education, are computer savvy, most likely have cable or direct TV. But, they still retain the values that some men claim here to be looking for. Of course this is changing fast, but you can still find a drop dead gorgeous girl with tradtional values here.

Many of the girls most likely don't want to put their photos on the internet here. You don't have to worry about green card sharks here, because you can date women from the middle and upper class here. Why go to Colombia when you can go right over the border and have access to some of the best looking, loyal and traditional women on earth? You don't have to answer, as I have heard the reasons before...Alteno

Hey Alteno, if you prefer Mexican ladies, nobody in here is going to change that, but your lackluster attempt to convince men that prefer Colombianas to get into the "Mexican senoritas" bandwagon is weak and laughable. there is a certain "look" with most Colombianas, the way they carry themselves and that beautiful accent of Castillian Spanish is such a turn-on. Most Colombianas as with most Mexicanas are brought up to be exceptional wives for a loyal husband. The difference my friend is that Colombianas are truly voluptuous and sexy with the way they carry themselves.  This is not to be confused with meaninig that these women are "loose".  Colombia, has a very mosaic ethnic make-up. African, European, and Native-American.  This make up explains the bubble butt, thick sexy lips, curvy yet symmetrical body best decribes the "typical" Colombiana. This theory tends to be true with Brazil and Venezuela and also Puerto Rico, is it any wonder why these four countries are chosen as having beautiful women overall? The fact remains Alteno, these countries have developed a very sexy, beautiful,model of a women thanks to their mixed blood. Mexico is a country of either Mestizo, or Native-American, IMHO soooo bland. Mexico does not have that Afican mix(something that most Mexicans seem to be proud of--based on my experience.) So alteno maybe you can used your energy as a wannabe-salesman-lol--at either the Russian or Asian boards. ---Colman

Well Colman I think you were a tad harsh but also completely right. If you're looking for a woman with a beautifull face and a completely square little Indian body that you could pack in a box without need of styrafoam popcorn that's the place to go. To nitpick however I gotta ask WHAT beautifull Castillian accent!!? But then "sooo bland"? That says it all.

My friend Cali vet thank you for responding, um it is a fact that most educated non-Colombian hesitant Latinos admit is that the "purest" form of Castillian Spanish found outside of Spain is in Colombia. Notice I used the word "purest" and not "best" because I was corrected by a Panamanian lady once. She was right to use best is more often subjective but then we agreed that Colombian Spanish IS the most "purest" Castillian Spanish outside of its motherland. Thank you for agreeing with me as a Colombian-American I may not speak the Spanish of Colombia but I do speak, read, and understand it fluetnly. You see my friend for most Colombians its a relief that we are known to speak excellent Castillian Spanish other than being know as "drug dealers."

...because Colombians are more refined not only in their accent, but in their general manners and their relative reluctance to use profanity. Colombian Spanish is BETTER than that spoken in Spain.

Ok I gotta admit that while learning Spanish I've found it easier in phone conversations say, to understand Colombians than Mexicans or Dominicans. That applies however to city people. I've spent time up in a village north of Cali and I have a lot of trouble understanding their "campo" Spanish. Also I think in Colombia you have to almost learn a new Spanish in every new city you go to. I wonder if it's like that in Mexico too.

NOBODY is going to win the argument about which country has the most beautiful women because everyone has different taste.

You can go to ANY country in the World and find drop dead beautiful women, just pick one.

I think attaching anyone who gives information about a country (any country) is not getting with the spirit of this board.

Just read and enjoy and share your beliefs that what you have found is the best for you but don't rage on someone else's choices.

The accent used in much of Colombia, especially Bogotá, is known to be very clear and pleasant, among the best anywhere.

It is indeed amazing how adept at staying off the internet and out of agency brochures are the "drop dead gorgeous" Mexican girls. These shadow beauties evidently occupy a parallel universe because they are nowhere to found on any website or catalog featuring Mexican women that I've ever seen. Then again maybe it's just a question of tastes.
