Author Topic: EAD, in Atlanta  (Read 2673 times)

I have read some advise regarding the EAD, some say to try and visit the INS center in person, but the Atlanta INs (where we live) staes the EAD must be filed by mail only. Anyone have experience with the Atlanta INS center?

We went there in person to get the 90 day (temp) stamp. Yes,
you are correct, the EAD application must be mailed to
Atlanta for the 1 year card. This was done this fall.
