Has anyone recently got married in the Ukraine and brought wife back after
receiving the K3 visa? I am running into a bit of a snag and would like some
help. My wife and I werre married in Kiev, she was approved for the visa a
couple of weeks ago and was trying to buy tickets to the USA..She was told
that she would not be permitted to leave the Ukraine until she got some kind
of permanent residency stamp from the Ukraine. After checking into this she
found that it would take several months to accomplish. They wanted all kinds
of info. on her mother and father, addresses etc. She has no idea where they
are. Has anyone been through this? Could she come through Poland without the
need for this stamp. I have not heard of this before. When she came here the
first time on a K1 she came out of Warsaw without any problems and did not
have this stamp. Polish customs never asked for anything. I was with her at
the time. Has anyone recently come to the USA through Warsaw?
Any info. would be appreciated..
