I plan to take a trip to Cali in February, and I was looking at hotel options.  Has anyone stayed at Torre De Cali, or has any info on it?  What would be your top three picks in terms of service, location and price-to-quality?

Thanks in advance.

Last time I was in Cali, I stayed at the Hotel San Fernando Real. It is steps away from the stadium at Calle 5 B1 No. 36-40 PBX: 556 7597 FAX: 556 7592, e-mail: sanfernandoreal@hotmail.com. It was difficult to find a good hotel in the South at a reasonable price. My main concern was to be as close to LE as possible at that time. The cost was 105,000 per night which reflected a 20% discount that Margareth helped me obtain. The hotel is very nice and secure. It has a small pool and breakfast was included. I stayed in room #407 for 6 nights and didn't realize until I was packing my bags for an early flight back home that a booming disco was located nearby. I didn't get much sleep that night. I don't know much about hotels in Cali, but this 4-star hotel worked for me.
