K1 Update - POE passed and she is here

After a 90 minute Aviance delay (surprise!!) we hit Miami Airport.  Took about an hour for the paperwork to be processed and we were out the door heading to our flight home in Vegas,  ABout 3.5 more hours of Delta delays and missed connections due to delays... we got home at about 12:30 AM Thursday.

After a few days i am still in heaven, she is adjusting splendidly (albeit for only 3 days), gets along marvelously with my 8 year old daughter that i have 3 days a week, and still cooks up a storm.  But more than that, she wakes up with me and sees me off, and is there with a huge smile and interest in my day when i get back home.  Priceless

Congratulations.  My wife gets here Monday, Tuesday I cook her Thanksgiving dinner and if life with her in Costa Rica is any indication, that will be the last day she allows me to cook.
