Conservative talk shows are popular because they reflect the views of the listeners.

Now here's the hard part....

Liberal talk shows are NOT popular because they __________________ (fill in the blank)

Conservative talk shows are popular because conservatives are very definite in what they do and don't believe.  People like decision, often times even if it is wrong.

Liberals on the other hand, by their very nature are trying to find compromise, middle ground, and thus are often perceived as wishy-washy, even if they are right in trying to seek compromise.  People don't like wishy-washy.

This I believe has more to do with conservation talk show popularity than any other factor or whether people actually agree with the agenda.

What I like is when Fox news sits down 2 people leaning in one direction and 2 leaning in another and we get to hear their opinions.
Dan Rather never did that.Or CNN that I can remember.
Question EVERYTING.The thing that seems above question is the thing that needs to be questioned most of all.
For years the media was afraid to tackle issue or expose scams for fear of being labled racist or some other term.Enough of that nonsense.Question everything.
Which is diffent, however, than making a film about some pretty unusual circumstances like the CIA involved in a drug operation, for whatever reason, wise or not so,and infering thats how it is,the CIA is behind drug dealing. You can use a little truth to create a huge distortion of the truth.
I am not familiar with air america.Every person has to use judgement in what they believe. There is some very far out stuff out there otherwise intelligent people are willing to believe.
Question,question,question.Don't be afraid to question.
But don't buy a pile of BS either.Thats part of questioning.

I get Fox news on my cable TV service through Cable Pacifico here in Medellin.  Not to burst your bubble but Fox can be awfully repetitive as well.

They can all repeat their stories.Particularly at night it gets to be reruns. But I like Fox,I used to watch them alot, too much actually. They never pissed me off like CNN international, where even when they are not pitching themselves it can be pretty dumb stuff. And almost no debate type format where people with differing opinions weight in.It like the old major networks, they feed you their version.
