I am writing a book on the International Dating Industry between Latin America and the U.S. and would like to interview couples who have married and are living in the U.S.  I am trying to compile as many accounts (both successful and unsuccessful) and will share the results with the board when it is completed.  I don't use any real names and am not interested in sensationalizing the industry, but rather on documenting the complexity of these kinds of relationships, both the positive and negative aspects.  I live in Northern California and am willing to do interviews in person, via email, or on the phone.

If you are interested or have any questions, please email me directly at:
mestiza555@hotmail.com

Thanks!

Yes, American authors are largely feminist and Democrat and anti-male.  Not the kind of people we should cooperate with.

For some reason AOL said your address had the wrong format?? and wouldn't send the mail.
If you go back to the archives of about 10/15/2003 you will find my whole story of my marriage to a Colombiana that did not work.
I am now living in Cali but vacationing in N California right now in San Jose where I lived along time before moving to Cali.
I know lots of couples I consider to have successfull marriages and lots of horror stories, some marriages, some not.
You can mail me at peiguren@aol.com

I can understand why you would be leery of an anonymous poster but I have worked with TLC worldwide and interviewed men and women at their tours and spent much time with Terry when he still had his agency, Mexican Matchmakers, in Guadalajara.  I have just emailed Pete back giving him my personal email address/phone number.  If you email me on my hotmail account (mestiza555@hotmail.com) I will send you a more personalized message back.

Dear utopiacowboy,
I emailed you back from my hotmail account, but it looks like you didn't receive it.  I'm going to try you again from another email account right now.  If you don't get it let me know...
I would love to hear your story!
