I think any income, even from investment or retirement accounts, is to be reported regardless of where you are living, as long as you remain a US citizen. If you went a full calendar year without any withdrawals from those accounts or other income you might not have to file for that particular year. If it's income you don't think they can know about, your conscience is your guide I guess. I am far from an expert on this topic.

500 in two months? Medellin "only" had 3000 last year and I thought that was bad. After I got "robbed" a few times by Western Union, I gave my novia, now wife, an ATM card.

What I meant was, Western Union likes to take a healthy slice of the pie before the recipient gets to take a bite.
