Hello Hiker,

Have you stayed at any of the hotels on this site.  If so, can you give any personal experience.

Thanks,

Mark

The Inter is a great hotel and is close by everywhere you need to go. They have a gym, casino, pool, and four restaurants. If you meet someone special or have someone you are going to meet...I would upgrade to the suite....its not that much more and the jacuzzi style bathtub is very nice...LOL!!

The Intercontinental is a nice hotel. But, if you don't want to pay top dollar for it, make sure you make reservacions directly with the hotel. My wife is in Cali and she just got a quote of 175,000 pesos a night or about $70. If they give you any trouble say that you have a friend that got that price. It helps if you speak spanish otherwise you may get the gringo tax.

I've been to Cali 4 times now, twice on TLC tours, and am returning there for New Year's Eve, and have always stayed at the Intercontinental. A bit pricy, around $140/night, but all the amenities, lots of attractive ladies wandering about, and the 2 room suites are great. It's also been ok with management if my lady's family comes over to use the pool.
