when my wife comes to the usa i heard that when she files taxes she will get a huge refund
and is it true that they dont pay taxes for 7 years thanks

Sounds like you are a little confused.But there is a tax benefit.Once you marry you file a married joint return.The taxes for the same income will be less,so if you had withheld what your tax would have been as a single person you will get a refund.
They don't pay taxes for seven years???First they is you,you file together.If your income is enough to pay taxes you will owe them.Hers counts also,it is part of your joint income.
Of course we have some immigrants that pay no taxes ever because all their income is "under the table"unreported income.The IRS hates that of course but it is probably billions of dollars every year.

That's right. Alien women married to AM don't have to pay income tax until they become a citizen. They don't have to pay sales tax either. Just file an IRS 1492 form. Be sure that your 1492 has all of the required signatures: Gepetto, Blue Fairy and Pinochio. Don't forget Peter Pan and Wendy if you want her exempt from the sales tax as well.
