What a surprise! Wasn't expecting approval from Westren Region INS office for at least another 30 days. Used Gary Bala and he had everything processed, accepted and approved in 58 days.

Congratulations on your approval!!

With regard to Gary Bala I've heard a lot of great things about his service.  However if my understanding is correct, his service is limited to instructions on how to prepare the paper work correctly and he also gives advice on the interview process which comes later.   You yourself are responsible for doing the leg work, getting all your documents together etc. with the proper authentications and then mailing it to the INS Service center.  When you say Gary Bala had everything processed in 58 days it gives the impression that he is somehow guiding the paperwork through the INS offices.  I don't believe this is the case.

It's your choice hoe to process your visa. I only gathered the necessary documents needed and forwarded them to Gary. My lady forwarded her documents to him as well. I have no complaints and feel the money spent was well worth it.

I do not have time to prepare and re-prepare documents. Mr. Bala knows what he's doing and I had an excellent experience with him. If you have time to handle your own application process...more power to you.

Gary B. handled everything that any other immigration attorney handles. Of course you have to get YOUR docs together and send to him along with some forms that he sends to you. He takes it from there, sends it to the INS for you. Least that's how it worked for me.

It IS true about his great service.
