Hello Edge,

I am a professional matchmaker with 8 years experience.
I have got a new staff in Latin Encounters, working hard for those who wish to find a good latin wife.
If you really want to know about Waynes case, I am not interested in going anywhere with a just married couple, and all the couples are free to choose how to arrange their marriage. I have no problem if they don't include me in the wedding planning.
I really don't like to gossip about private things about me or anybody else. This is not a business like any other because I am somehow dealing with sentiments and lifes...
I hope you find a better topic for the board, I am willing to help these two cultures get closer and I don't think attacking is the way.

Thank you for taking the time to post and respond on this forum of norteamericanos who are interested in marriage with lovely latin women.  I think you have taken the right course of action   by doing this to address any questions the men here may have about you.

I agree with you that your business is not a typical business.  You have the potential to really make a difference in the life of both the men and women who come to you seeking happiness.  I also realize that you are dealing with many different types of people who are not always easily satisfied.

I do not presume to tell you how to run your business.  All I can offer is my business philosophy that "the customer comes first".  How you go about "putting the customer first" is up to you.

As I have written, I personally think Wayne is a very credible person who has some legitimate complaints.  You do not have to take my advice, but if I were you, I would apologize to Wayne in the spirit of trying to clear the air.  Take the high road by apologizing to him.  If it is true that this is a former employee that has done this talking about his wife, then you are still responsible because she worked for you.  I would think that he would understand if this is true.  Apologize that a former employee has done this.

I would also urge Wayne to maybe call you so that the two of you can discuss this.  If Wayne will not do this then take the lead Margareth and send him an e-mail and try to get this cleared up in the spirit of putting the customer first.

Good luck to you Margareth and I am sure there are many men who are grateful to you for your help in finding a woman to love and be happy with.

Hello El Diablo .

I do not comment anymore because to me it is not right to make accusations or expose personal lifes.  Wayne met her wife here and that is the only point that could link us two.
You are all free to express your opinion about different agencies here,the owner which one you like most, or you think it's the best or share useful tips for your trip or relationships with Latin ladies..these sort of things, THE SERVICE or attention of the owner, but NOT gossips on her private life or wrong judgements.
Wayne has a distorted version and he tries to convince everybody, I have nothing agaisnt him or his wife..I posted that to put him in my shoes, being the center of public accusations !Anyway,a third person made up such stories he has told. he is confused.It is past, my staff is different.. well I will not go any further.
The real truth is here and you are welcome to find out yourselves, I will be glad to help you clear any doubt about my agency in good and respectful standars, If I ever post and read again that is my only objetive. You are free to choose the one you believe is the best service or easiest way to find a latin wife.
Nobody is perfect and I belive only God has enough knowledge to judge us.

Ma'am, I have never met you but I have to say you are not exactly taking the high moral road in vindicating yourself.  Most Americans are pretty savvy and can tell the truth from a lie.  If people are lying about you or your business on this board, I would suggest you set the record straight and leave it at that.  When people resort to name calling or bad mouthing other people, Americans figure they are doing it because they are lying about the facts and trying to divert attention from them.  If you are truly a "TOO honest" person, I would recommend you let us here on this board see it.  The honest person can quietly make their case and let the facts speak for themselves.  Don't try beating us into submitting to your point of view by berating us and acting like a troublemaker.

I am posting this from Cali. Why you make such a fuss out of this.. what is the importance of my English skills?
To your information my staff has changed since you were here December 2001.
As you are so familiar with my agency , give me a call and say in my face all you have to say as I do it now:
You are a liar and you are attacking me because you DID NOT hear my advise. You are right, we have good girls here, not precisely the one you chose !  I am TOO honest and people don't like that and I said directly to you  what I think about this lady.
I did not oblige you to come to Latin Encounters, and I have never had any kind of problem with anybody's wallet.
If you really want to know I have had clients who are truly millionaires and they have been treated equally and payed the same fees.  You are not important Rod just because you have a little boat ,   so stop your "know it all" attitude and talk to me if you have a problem or if I owe you something.

Is this an accurate quote of what you wrote?
I cannot believe you would trash the reputation of a former client, who apparently is happily married. It's very bad business practice.
