Escopolmina. Criminals sometimes use the drug scopolamine to incapacitate victims in order to rob them. The drug is administered through drinks, food, aerosols, cigarettes, gum, or in powder form. Isn't that the substance that girls in Colombia were applying to their breasts, then exposing themselves in public and offering unsuspecting men a chance to "lick"? When the poor guy tapped out, he was then robbed.

Not making this up, it was posted here and discussed here a year or two ago, complete with links to the news stories about this particular scam. Some of you who have been here awhile will no doubt remember.

I think your post will give newbies a wrong impression about safety and licking practices in Colombia. Why single Colombia out, American women have been exposing themself in public and offering the supposedly free "lick" for years.  Just last night, I saw a poor guy go in for the big lick here on the streets of San Jose.  Poor guy didn't have a clue, ended up half dead in the gutter, wallet removed....but I digress.  

Anyway your post is just another example of Colombia bashing!!  (-:

Yes, Girls were doing that in a night club in Bogota.  The night club was popular among tourist.  They would leave the club pretending to be drunk and lift their blouse.  Next thing the guy knew he was broke.
