Phone lines

Greetings,
Has anyone been having trouble calling Bogota in the last few days?

We've been trying, but every number tried gives us a different residence or person....

I'm wondering if it's systemic or if everyone we know has moved in the last week....

i had no problems getting through last night, but i also called her cell phone. sometimes i cannot get through using a calling plan or card, and i have to dial direct, which is a little more expensive. needless to say, their phone system sucks!!!! and every day its dffrent.
