Cartagena

What agencies are located in Cartegena. I have only found A Foreign Affair and I think their prices are out of my league. I do like the Cartagena look and would like to explore further. Appreciate your comments.

Barranquilla is very close to Cali.  I have never been there but understand there has been a few new agencies that opened up in the past year or so.  I have been to Cartagena and its great except as a tourist you will be harrassed incessantly.  

Barranquilla from what I hear is no tourist mecca but on the other hand it is strategically located near Cartagena and Santa Marta, the Rosario Islands, and the national park near Santa Marta
