Does anyone know if the Packet 3 information sent from the American embassy in Bogota, to my fiance (in Cali) filing for a K-1 fiance visa written in Spanish or English. Reason being, I need to know if she will need help translating the paperwork.

It is sent to her in Spanish.

I think mine got the packet in Spanish, but one or two forms were also sent in English, just to confuse things.  She filled out the Spanish version, not the English version.
