Yesterday Mono Jojoy, the head of FARC's military operations, announced a bounty on Gringos in Colombia.According to this morning's El Pais (Cali) the Gringos will be required to pay a minimum vacuna (vaccination) of 2 million pesos.It was also on this morning's news.The reasoning behind this is due to more U.S. invovement here in support of the new president's agenda.
