Hi - Do any of you know the per minute cost for a Bogotá resident to receive inbound phone calls? In this case I would be calling and paying the international cost of the call (phone card, dial around or direct dial). I imagine for the person it Bogotá it would be like receiving a local call...
Some local service plans in the US are still pay by the minute for making or receiving local calls (not very many), but I understand pay by the minute is still pretty common in other parts of the world.
A response in either COP or USD per minute would be much appreciated. Thanks.
