Bad guys caught in Cali

Interesting article on some bad guys who were caught in Cali.  According to the aritcle in El Pais they were planning mass kidnappings in the tourist areas of Cali.  No mention on where specifically in Cali here is a link I found in English.

Did I miss something?All I saw was a report about the kidnappers of Uribes in laws? Was there something about tourists in an article from that page(web site)?

The police in Cali caught the guerillerro beleived responsible for planninig the kidnapping of the twelve Cali lawmakers. His nomme de guerre is Fredy and he was reported to have been planning some round-ups in the affluent tourist frequented sectors of Cali.

The good part of the story is that the bad guy planning that stuff, "Fredy" was caught. You'll have a great/safe  trip.

Yup, "secuestros masivos en sitios de afluencia turistica". I'd say the English translation is "Chipichapi".
