Just saw some specials in the NYC Sunday papers. Check your local paper or the AA website (AA.com). There are specials to other cities in S.America as well...

Happy trails....

My travel agent has a direct link to the AA computer. From San Francisco fares are about $750 for June but lower fares for July may or may not be avaliable,we are waiting to see if they drop.Right now the July fares are around $900.With American you get a free trip every 35,000 miles and its 12,000 miles round trip from San Francisco so 1 free trip after 3 paid trips.Of course these fares are out of the west coast, about half the cost is just getting to Miami. Also American is the only air line out of here that gets you there the same day, about 11 hours total.
My wife, her best friend from here and my step son are going in July.I'm going to stay home and work,I played enough the last 3 years.I will go with them in December.
I use Barbara Garcia at All around travel,425-861-0633.

Continental has a nonstop direct flight out of Newark NJ to Bogota.   I have used this flight twice and have averaged $550. for a roundtrip ticket.   There might be some cheaper flights out there but for me getting to Bogota in 5 hours and not having to make any other stops has made the whole vistit even more pleasurable.   Newark is a hub for Continental, I think they have a similar flight out of Houston.
