 Ideal Person - I want a man who doesn't smoke, drinks occasionally, passionate, caring, fun, intelligent, successful, handsome, affectionate and not afraid to express that affection, sensitIVE to my feelings, someone who enjoys life and wants to experience everything life has to offer, honest, trustworthy, great attitude, compassionate, willing to compromise, athletic, in good shape (no over weight men), someone who dresses with style. Knows when to dress up and when to dress down. Someone who enjoys doing things like...outdoor activities, indoor activities. But I also want a man who likes to stay home and cuddle up on the couch with a great movie. I want someone who is very romantic..you know hugs, kisses, massages, flowers, cards, candy, brushing my hair, cuddling, etc.....if a guy does all this, he'll get it right back in return...that's a promise! As far as looks go, yes they important to me. I think that I'm a attractIVE lady and I want an attractIVE man. I want to be able to walk into a place and everyone has to turn around and look at us. If I dont have an attraction to the guy what good is the relationship going to be? I want to be able to look at this guy and melt. I want him to be able to drIVE me crazy!! I want him to treat me like the Princess I am...to cater to my every whin, need and desire...yet allow me to come and go as I please...I won't give up my independence. Maybe I'm being to picky but I cant help it. So if you think that your a handsome bachelor and have EVERY quality i'm looking for in a man PLEASE EMAIL ME WITH YOUR PIC!!! I'm looking for someone as a friend first...then if it leads in to something else..Great!!! But you'll have to earn it first (you know what I mean!!)

It was as OK as a personals ad can be-- nothing most guys here wouldn't admit wanting in a woman-- until just past the halfway point, and then she just lost it and basically announced that ultimately any relationship is going to be about "me", not "we". I have to agree-- what a relief to be able to just laugh at at this sort of conceit on the way to LA.

luckily for us, we can leave them all behind and go to the land where we do not have to put up with this.  I thank God every day for how my life has changed since I went south.  I shudder to think of having to deal with an AW as a girlfriend, let alone a wife.  

Every guy on this board has the secret to not having to deal with a woman like this.. There are princesses down south that will treat you like a king..

Yes that does sound like a great personal. You can tell she is American. Almost every sentence starts with I Want, I want, I want ,I want, I want, I want, I want, I want? Forgive me, but what are you? An APOLOGIST FOR AW??? You're very quick to criticize Colombia and its women. But have you ever been there? If not, then you really don't have a say in the matter. I'm not gonna front, your tirade reeks of arrogance and ignorance. Bob101 simply did something apparently you didn't like: HE TOLD THE TRUTH. After the way I've been treated by many AW, I wouldn't want them, either. Regarding Puerto Rico, I've been there twice. It's a beautiful island, but it's the ONLY place I've ever been to in which I was denied admission into a nightclub (I was told that I "look like a troublemaker." I was wearing a suit and shoes). And furthermore, I would rather choose a Colombiana over a Boriqcua, ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. From my experience, I've noticed theat SOME PR females have the mentality of Miami Cubans; some of them think they're "special." One other thing, WHY ARE YOU HERE?

Sorry I did not know you are the moderator/owner of this board. Why am I here- None of your business. As long as I follow Patricks' rules, that is the name of the game. Yes there is a difference between Miami Cubanas and Boricuas. They are here, citizens, and do not need a guy from here to get them out and give them papers. Different circumstances - different attitudes. No I am not generalizing nor streotyping. Why were you not let into the club? I do not know? What are you trying to say, and what does it have to do with my post or looking for a latina ? Again I do not want to go to Colombia, I did not have a tirade. Just pointing out some issues that are relevant.

For your edification, I AM NOT THE MODERATOR (OR OWNER) OF THIS BOARD! And I am fully aware that Puerto Ricans are American citizens, thank you very much. And if you read my post correctly, I said SOME PR females act like they're "special." You mentioned stereotyping. Well aren't you doing the same exact thing when making references with Colombianas dealing with "older" gringos? You don't want to go to Colombia? Fine. That's YOUR THING! And furthermore, I have traveled to other places: Puerto Rico, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras (in that order).
