I was there almost 3 years ago and worked through the agency you referenced. It is run by Dr. (PhD) Christhian Diaz. It is a far cry from the typical Cali, Cartagena, Bogota type agencies. But, Dr. Diaz does a very good job helping you to meet his lady members.

The ladies I met in Bucaramanga were less complicated than many of their counterparts in Cali and Bogota. Or, in other words, generally less sophistocated. Again, note the use of the word "generally". I met several nice, quality ladies, but no one who inspired me to start a relationship.

Since it is a Colombian city, there are lovely women everywhere. I believe Bucaramanga to be a viable option for searching for a life partner. The pace is slower and few americans venture there. And, there are players and green card sharks, so be beware.
