Hi - I have been corresponding with a couple of women in Bogota via e-mail and MSN instant message.  I've also talked to one of them via Net Meeting and regular phone calls. Here's my question: do you know how much it costs per hour to access the internet at a cafe in Bogota?  I believe some cafes offer different machines (and I would assume different rates) depending on whether the user wants basic access vs. voice/video Net Meeting capability.  Both situations are just developing and I don't want the women to spend a small fortune just to chat with me as I learn about them and about Colombia. Appreciate your input.  Thanks.
