I think not many people take an interested in my questions.
I found out this web board after i visited over 2000 web sites for obtain info. about Ibague city which I never ever heard before.
anyway thank you for comments.

An yan ha say oh. The address of the Ibague daily newspaper is www.elnuevodia.com.co. You might find some usefull facts there. Of course it is all in Spanish but you probobly have access to a Spanish/Korean translation program.
