Marriage with latinas - your experiences

OK guys. I am sure this question has been posted many times. But it is soooo important that I dare to ask again. Any opinion from those who went through this (or hopefully are in the middle) will be highly appreciated.
Sure it depends on the person you are involved with. But how does it work, what kind of problems do people face when you are involved with different culture. Did it work? You are transplanting person from other country...like Colombia for example. What about common friends, language problem, cultural preferences...I, for example, am Polish decent bunch of my friends are Polish we speak different language among ourselves often...it might be a problem for a partner...
Don't get me wrong...I love many thing about latin culture, I speak Spanish pretty well, I am big salsa lover and I love latinas:))) But want to hear view of those who went through it.

Yep, those issues are very real, and don't underestimate them!...in our case, the language problem is somewhat mitigated as I speak spanish...but she is nonetheless, somewhat isolated from society at the moment as her english is limited.

I would encourage you to enroll her in ESL classes, if available, at a local Community College ASAP.  Mine is going 2hrs/day, 7 days a week.  Not only is it helping her learn English, but she is making a whole new set of friends...

Hola Leszek, te escribo en espanol por que dices que lo hablas muy bien entonces espero que no tengas ningun problema, si no entiendes escribeme y te escribire en Ingles. Mi nombre es Adriana soy casada con un americano por casi 3 anos y la verdad tienes razon hay algunos inconvenientes con el lenguaje, la cultura etc...
pero con amor y paciencia se sale adelante en la relacion ademas no son problemas que se salgan de tus manos al contrario nos ayudan a crecer como personas, y valen la pena por que puedes conseguir a una persona que te ame y te respecte siempre.
