Calling a Cali cel phone from US?

Does anyone know how to call a cel phone in Cali from the US? Is there an extra code that has to be tacked on the 7 didget number in addition to the country and city codes?  Thanks for any help.

You also have to drop the 033 from the number.

So if the cell number in Cali is 033-58712345 dial 011-573-58712345

Also it is much more expensive to call a cell phone than a normal phone in Cali. FYI

use 57.3.xxxxxxx instead of 57.2.xxxxxxx

the city code changes from 2.  I believe this is correct.   I only occasionally call my novia on her celular.

Hi, You need to dial 011573 and then the celluphone number.
