Newby questions.. please be patient

I'm 37 and lookin for a good, attractive wife in her 30s. I'm doin OK financially and Im an attractive guy. I would almost prefer a gal who has a kid; single mothers generally are looking for a stable relationship and a good guy to be a dad; Im also lookin to settle down. Anyone care to comment on my chances ? Also, agency suggestions are most welcome, as are any suggestions in general. I've heard Bogota is the place to go if you're looking for 30ish Colombian gals..

Ha I'm 37 too but I want a good attractive wife in her 20's
and I don't appologize for it.  Being that I feel mentally
18 she would be older.  Try that with a AW,short of being
rich it is possible but difficult.  Does she have a child or doesn't is something to ponder very well because someone else's child is a healthy bite of responsibility and one that means less time with your spouse a different lifestyle than marring a woman without but you could meet Mrs Right in someone that already has a child and she ofcourse wants the best life for herself and child. It could be a great blesssing to your life. But make sure she has total custody and that your not going to have issues with her ex and need his permission for the child to leave the country. What's in important is the person is this the person you can love forever that's the real question.

Do not accept a woman with a kid unless you really WANT a child that is not yours.  You do not have to get a girl with a kid to find a girl who wants a "stable" relationship.  All Latin woman for the most part want and need that stable relationship.  So do yourself a favor and skip the kid part unless like I said you REALLY REALLY want a kid.

Can anyone comment on the desperation factor here ? I understand Colombia is quite a mess and worry whether I'm taken in other words.. does anyone have any stats on what percent success rate marriages have ??
