Buzzy,
With regards to my camera slipping in that one pic with 'The Big O', it must have been the baby oil that I was forced to rub on the women at their request...lol...it appeared as though they were unable to reach a few spots, they were really struggling so I sacrificed myself for the good of the team and got my hands all greasy. At least I hope that was the reason, or maybe I was in a fixed stare for the entire weekend, or maybe Parkinson's is starting to set in.
But then again, there were more pairs like that everywhere I turned in BQ...man, that place is an ugly city, but has some of the bustiest women per capita of any city in the World...I think I need to go to my opthamalogist as my eyes may have suffered irreperable damage. Come to think of it, that rubdown I gave them might hyperextending my wrist...;-)

I agree completely with your comments about BQ.  Some time back posters were asking about what to do and a status report of BQ.  Since my opinions were mostly negative I just decided to keep my yap shut.  But with your opening I will add that it's a poor place but a city of many friendly people.  This lady I was visiting was so thin but had the biggest jewels ever.  I asked, "Are those jewels for real?"  She assured me they were the real mccoys and said, "Do you think I could afford to buy jewels as colossal as these?  These are natural gifts from God!" I pondered to myself  about this mystery and then concluded, "Well then ... praise God!" Unfortunately I waited too long and she met and became blissfully wedded to another gringo, who I assume had similar appreciation for her prodigious jewels. But back to BQ, really the best scenery is inside the hotels(Hotel Prado for ex.) with the gardens, and pools, and surroundings.  I guess that's why there's always people hanging around.  Beats traveling about the city proper that is for the most part, hot, noisy, and a bit dirty in the streets. But again wonderful people and that's the reason for our presence anyway, right?  Hey, thanks again for all the fotos they add authenticity to this MOB jabbering.
