mexican trip: the rest of the story

Cancun is what you make it.  I enjoy the sun with a beer in my hand as I walk the beach.  Plenty of nice scenery.  The latin chicas put the american broads to shame in the thong, or any other swimsuit on the beach.  The thick cool sand is a pain to walk in but what a view.  
 After Monday on the beach I went to see my favorite senorita, I found her shortly before her time to leave and asked her to go to dinner one night during the week.  She said that they are not supposed to go out with members or guests of the resort(it is a vacation ownership place), but that she was off Wednesday and would meet me at a restaurant in downtown Cancun.  Now we are getting somewhere, it is all set.  She was to be at a different resort Tuesday, so we set up to meet at La Parrilla at 8 Wed. night in Cancun.  Wednesday will never get here.  
 After a long day of sun, I am on the bus to town with a big smile on my face.  We met out front, both of us early, wow, no way I could miss her, dressed in a white blouse, black slacks, a lacy mexican shoulder covering which I can hardly describe let alone name.  The univision babes have nothing on this girl.  Beautiful mexican eyes.
The waiters must have thought I knew spanish since I was with her, no english on my menu, she helped me pick out a chicken dish that was excellent.  The conversation was in the good friend range, why we each divorced to dream vacations in the future, our families, this could not be a better vacation.  If I was 5 to 10 years younger, I would definitely be back soon, and she would be the only reason for a trip.
She said would not leave Cancun, and I believe her.  This dinner confirmed what I knew inside, my next wife will be a latina.  I walked her to her car, and said goodnight with a kiss to her cheek, and watched her drive off.  How do I put this into words, discovering what women from a diferent culture are like is opening the door to a new adventure.
I viewed the web sites, read the posts, but there is nothing like a nice long dinner conversation to bring you to the real world.  
 I saw her again twice at the resort before leaving last Saturday, I will stay in touch with her.  The adventure is just beginning.

Great report, sounds like you struck gold with a little basic effort, imagine how many others are out there? another easy to reach Mexican resort town from the U.S. is Mazatlan, it is not blue like the Yucatan nor loud like Cancun but it has its own beaches of beauty and charm and lots of beautiful single latinas! P.S. mothers day is around the corner so if you really want to charm your friend in Cancun send her a dozen roses or drop her a message on moms day because in Mex it is very common for a man to give moms day gifts to a mother even if you are only a friend to her!

Sancho you are right.  Mazatlan is a great place.  It is not Cancun as far as the water and beaches but the women there are beautiful and warm.  Stay closer to town instead of the Golden Zone.  Go for a walk alone on the long sidewalk bordering the beach in the evening.

Sancho is very right. In LA Mothers' day is very important ocassion. Like we say "Matarias dos pajaros de un solo tiro" Don't remember how to say that in Spanish

It's call a 'reboso', the shoulder covering that is. Lace ones are used for 'dress up', the more sturdy cloth ones are used for carrying the baby or vegtables and fruit, as the occasion demands. Sounds like you had a nice trip. Now don't get this girl in trouble at work, she probably needs the job.
