latinlove or latinbest ?

Guys, thanks for the input this last week. Making the first trip to Cali on June 6th for 2 weeks. After several inquiries and research I've only settled on Norm's place so far. (for 8 days)

I've recieved e-mails that latinlove (Palace) has not been kept up and the owner wants out of his business. On the other hand I've gotten mixed reviews on Latinbest. (no translators included in service)

I need some input from those of you who've been to Cali in the last year. Which of the other 2 agencies would be the best bet for my second week in Cali. I will make my choice based on your input and general consensus.

By the way, any of you going to be in Cali from June 6 thru June 21?

I met my wife at latin love in December 1999.I also had a great time staying there and some of the guys are still my friends.I stopped by in January 2001 and it seemed the same.I have heard that Bud has sold it or a half interest in it,I'm not sure if that is true.It might be an improvement since Bud was very busy with his other businesses and didn't really have an on site manager like Ruby,who was there when I went.She was great..I think there is a more hands on guy involved now.You might just want to go over and see the place and talk to them and they will probably let you look at the books.I went through the books in January just to see how they had changed.I think there are about 600-800 women and 70-80% seemed new from the year before.I think this is the most luxurious agency to stay at in Cali.I loved it.Also if Bud is still involved he is a great guy to talk to.He motivated me to go and I found what he said to be true.
I met Norm in January and he seems like a great guy.Starting at his place is probably a good idea and if you don't find the woman of your dreams he can probably give you alot of advice where to check next.I think Latin best has a fee to join.You can go in and check them out and
probably make a deal with them to meet some women.A guy I met in January was doing this at latin encuonters and I think they wanted something like $100 a day or $40 to meet each girl.You can deal,especially if they think you will walk if they don't deal.
Since Latin connections has closed I would think the other agencies would pick up alot of their girls.I think Latin Love is great for the girls.No fee.Free use of the pool and the gym.A great place to hang out.

try lovelovemates and dont send or spend any money until you go there and see the girls etc..
maybe pay some and then the rest in bits so they keep interested in you becasue you own them money tell them that is the service is good the money will come
stay away from latin encounters many girls in books and web page no longer avaiable and you will find the most girls belong to different agencies maybe 2 or 3

hello sid , tell me what is lovelovemates , i have never heard of them ? do you mean latin love mates? arent they a membership agency i think something like $750 or more? why arent the girls in the books still available? well of course the girls belong to other agencies thats not news alot of the girls in cali belong to 2 , 3 , 4 and more agencies....soooooowhats your point?

I'm not going to get into the agency war. I stayed at LL and liked it, although times and things change and Norm has come on and been up front with everyone on this forum, others also. So I don't see how you can go wrong. But every one is different.

I really want to comment about the translater situation, my own experience. I used the agency translaters the first couple of days and thought they were fine, until I hired a young freelance Translater Semi-Full Time. Best investment I made in this entire process. You have someone that works for you, can give you their full attention and your Lady Guests. You have complete freedom to jump up with a girl, grab a safe taxi, go to lunch, a mall, shopping, etc. He can analyze any thing about the women you can dream of and give you his insights into things a total stranger would never notice. You have the freedom to go to dinner with a date at your convience. If an appointment or date doesn;t show you have the means to Make things Happen, create your own luck, so to speak.

The young guy I used is Andres, everyone calls him Andy. He was very helpful to me, so much so I flew him to Cartagena on my first trip to meet my fiancee. I think he is a good honest guy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recomend him to friends. If you run accross him, Tell him Hola como este for me.
