I have Three questions before my next trip. since this is the longest trip yet, I need some help. I would be most gratefull

(1) Can I have an open ended returen ticket, or must you have a return date on your ticket?

(2) Since I will be staying like 50 days, can I get an extended visa before I go, or must I renew it in Cebu? Anyone know the address of the place in cebu and the price for visa extensions and how long I can stay with an extension?

(3)Last time I went I took cash. But for 50 days what is the best to take in the forum of money? Atm card ,cash, credit cards, travelers checks, etc? I don't want to be robbed if I take to much cash.

all advices will be great. (I promise to send back some pics and a trip reports. hope to meet some of you on this board.

Thanx in advance

Hi,
I will probably be there the same time as you.

1) Open ended tickets are no problem, just ask your travel agent, or call mine-  Anna at Gateway Travel- 1-800-883-8590
Last time I did one it was about an extra $100, about the same price as changing your return date.

2) I can show you where to renew your visa in Cebu, it will be about $50.  Sorry, but I do not remember the address.

3) Take your ATM card, and before you go, ask your bank for an extra ATM card, to be carried somewhere else on you or stored in your hotels safe.   You will often pay more with travellers checks or credit cards.

See you soon,

Don
