This is some scary stuff. But, not so amazing as this is goin to get much worse before it will ever get better.

Can you imagine how this is going to tax their system in the years to come.  It'll probably dwarf what Stallin did in the 1930's.

I can't for see, Ukraine becoming a member of NATO in the 2007, maybe 2010 - but only with Kuchma removed from office and a more democratic gov't in place.
