I hope all is well with you...

I agree, that the I-134 is not needed.  All they want is the tax forms/letter from employer..

The forms (sorry I do not know the numbers off the top of my head) are needed at the AOS  (Adustment Of Status).  This is when the applicant is held somewhat legally responsible for their fiancee'...

Sorry if I am wrong, but this is what I know as the latest, but things are changing so fast, it is hard to keep up with everything.

Yeah, things are great with me.

I tell you... if things were going any better, I'd be charged amusement tax!

It's rainy and cold here in Texas... hope things are sunny for you in CA (still can't believe we lost ya to the "Left Coast" ;-)
