We hear all of the time about what small percentage of men actually go over, so I think in general you are right... however, I do have a question...

Your agency is a Latin agency...

So, I'm guessing most of your women are from Colombia?

How much do you think personal safety is an issue in men not going over?

I know that this whole thing is scary enough without adding dodging bullets to the mix...

I'm just wondering... It might skew what you see from what the FSU agencies see.

Our site lists women from several Latin countries and the particular lady who complained to us was from Venezuela.  No doubt The reputation of Colombia has some effect also, but just traveling to a foreign country where you can't communicate is pretty daunting to the average Joe.

First, I don't think that was Joe's point... I think he was saying that the beautiful women have their pick of men, and so if someone great comes along, they would be gone long before a "loser" comes along.

disputed premise-

You close your mind to other possibilities.  My wife met quite a few AM through Lifetime Partners and had at least 4 proposals (all turned down) and I was the first AM she slept with.  I was not the "first" but the only American.  There ARE some discriminating RW.  Give me a break.

It is physically impossible for all of these girls who post their pics to be visited by the few men that travel there...........I know a very lovely woman in Odessa-posted for 3 years 2 visitors-neither American. I think the tours girls meet the most men for obvious reasons. But there just are not that many guys actually making the trip.
But I could be wrong!

I think you maybe underestimating the number of people going over. I highly suspect that we do not hear from the men who go on sex tours or have a trip that does not go well. I suspect that the guys who go over and fail either quietly hang in there quietly or go to one of those forums that specializes in allowing people to vent their frustrations of having failed.

That's what gets you in trouble-generalizations!  LOL.  Lena was with the agency for over 4 years and met many an AM.  The pretty girls with active agencies have np trouble in getting visits.  Give credit to the fact that there are some RW with discriminating tastes of men.  Not every RW would jump at the first proposal or the second or third or in Lena's case, even the fourth.  I was warned by the agency that Lena was not an easy client and that she had turned down many a man before me.

The fluke would not be that men met women other men have, the fluke would be they connected somehow, as happened here. If many of us "never make it over". would that not reduce the number and increase the chances?

I'll bet there are many guys here (especially those using an agency), who have dealt with the same women. They just don't know it because they don't share the information. (Which btw, is the proper thing to do, not share)
Your assumption she would be married after meeting two A/M is nuts. Her looks have little to do with that. Maybe she didn't like the guys she met? After all, there are some real doozies involved in this. Or maybe the guy just didn't think she was right for him. ;-)

Since he won't tell us anything (if she used an agency in the past for example), I can never be sure, and neither can he. Regardless of what he says, he simply dooesn't know, only she does. Its really only important to his frail ego, I was only curious. I know what I know, and that includes how I met her, etc. I would have been glad to tell him all about it but screw him now.

The fotos don't lie. I maintain I'm 95% sure I met this girl. I don't know how "hotly" she was pursuing anyone. I just know I dealt with her for a short time, as I did with many others. She was very nice but I observed some behavior I didn't like and moved on.

It really as simple as that, so forget about it.

I'm not making this up for convienence, it's all in my original post that started this mess. I bet I met three quarters of the girls in Kherson looking for A/M during that time. (well, you get my point)
So it wasn't a jsut question of "going over", it was a question of going over *there*.

If people would consider *all* the posts in a dispute instead of them one at a time, things would be more clearer. I suspect this is why Brian went off, that and he had a bad event in his life and I was a handy target.

Btw, I *do* appreciate your objectivity and use of logic (faulty as it may be :-) Its refreshing.

Also, don't you have anything better to do on a Sunday afternoon than hassle me? ;-)
