Hi Guys,
I know most of the postings here are for US K-1 visas, but have any of you been through the UK procedures.
From the Embassy Web site all seems pretty straight forward and simple compared to the K-1 application, but my Fiancee has been told by the Agency she uses that she needs a Divorce papers, Birth certificate and a police reference and all must be translated and notarised. The last two items are not listed as required documents and no-where does it state that they should be translated.
Any informed help would be most appreciated.
