I am using Net2phone and I am increasingly having trouble getting a connection in Ukraine,  to a small city outside of Odessa.  Can anyone recommend a reliable phonecard for Ukraine which usually works.  Phonecards have been posted before,  but the market keeps changing...so recent current info would be best,  Thanks all, Tim

I have been using UTA phone cards for a couple of months now.  I have been calling East Central Siberia with very good results.  The rates to Ukraine are 12.3 cents a minute with no connection fee (Moscow 3.5 and Russia 8.3).  There is a weekly service fee (60 cents I think).  I usually buy the five dollar card and use it up before the service fee is charged.

Anyway they are available at http://www.phonecards-prepaid.com/  .  Some of the other cards on this site have slightly lower rates but the quaality for where I call was not as good.

I am also using Net2Phone to call Ukriane - Kiev.

I was having a lot of trouble getting through with Net2Phone when I could get through with AT&T.  I eventually called their customer service line and spoke to a human.  He took down some information and told me they would trace the computer network lines to check on it.  I have had no problems since.  I call from both home and work.
