My Girl Alyona went to the Police to ask for her Police Report in Dnepropetrovsk and should have it very soon.  But having been married before, I was under the assumption that she needed TWO Police Reports, one under her maiden name and one under her married name.  I asked her about this and she said "no, the Police were quite clear about this and told me I only need the current one with my still married name".

Any thoughts on this from any of you guys who have done the police reports with a divorced lady before??

Thanks in advance...

Each embassy is different. I know in Moscow you need a police report for every last name a person has had. This can be all written on one report. Example miss so and so has been inspected under the fallowing names ,xxxxx, and xxxx and has no criminal record blah blah blah.

Does the fiancee need the Police Report on her divorce for the warsaw interview or do you need to send it in with the initial package along with the 325A form to the local INS?
Thanks

Your I-129F (petition for fiancee visa) is filed at the INS Service Center (one of four) having jurisdiction over your area not your "local" INS office. Not until you begin the wonderful A.O.S. expirience do you deal with the local office.

The Police Report is required for her Warsaw interview but from all I have found, it is a shorter process to put EVERYTHING into the initial application so that is what I am doing..
