Many interesting threads being posted lately. Seems that by having people register, more meaningful, educational and spirited dialogue is created.
I had intended to reply back to questions by Ryan and KenMan about Lugan-Girl much sooner than this.
Having received KenMan's approval and permission to discuss openly his situation and claims, I contacted Lugan Girls on his behalf. The reply is kinda long so I will post it above in it's own thread.

Deem scamming agencies..... Who's got the most whores, Russia or Ukraine?.... Agency in Kherson scams mature man seeking "in-mature bride"?..... I can complete MY K-1 visa with less info than you?... AND what kinda of pick-up to you have?
'Deem scamming agencies'. I think some of Ken's comments hit the nail right on the head. I also think recently we have seen two very good examples of agencies having there integrity questioned, called out and out scam agency's. Seems many good agencies are d@mned no matter what they do. If the man does not get everything he wanted, or expected, the agency is scam.
I have a real easy way of telling if an agency is legit or not.
If an agency is more concerned about making a dollar than it is about the happiness and future of one of it's ladies, it's an agency I would have nothing to do with.
Case in point,.......(drum roll)..............Kherson Pearls! Interesting little story here that developed this past October. A man from Italy that was on our last tour saw a beautiful looking lady in the Anastasia catalog, he wanted to meet this lady so he bought her address. This lady lived in Kherson and the Italian Stallion (as I called him) was going to be in Odessa so it was no problem for him to visit her, or she to visit him, but first we had to see if she had any interest to meet him. We sent a person to hand deliver this man's letter and photo. Surprise, the address we ended up being at was the address to Kherson Pearls! But we had just bought her address from the Anastasia catalog? {surprise guys, this happens often}
Our letter was delivered to this goddess of a woman. She e-mailed him back from the Kherson Pearls agency. The two traded a few e-mails and he was very excited about seeing her. He decided he wanted to see her, to spend the day with her and could we make the arrangements, which we proceed to do.
We found a driver, who was also an interpreter, who would drive him to Kherson in the morning and back to Odessa that night. The price was not bad, $60 for the day. So the Italian Stallion wrote this lady and told that he was coming to meet her and asked where would be a good place to meet and what time.
The manager of Kherson Pearls wrote back and said they would have there driver come to Odessa to get him and they would introduce the two. The Stallion showed me the e-mail he had received and I told him to write the manager back and to tell her that he already had his own driver and interpreter and he just needed to know of the time and place to meet her. The manager replied back that they had there own interpreter and there own driver. The price for the driver was $100 alone. I forget the price they quoted for the interpreter but it was in addition to the price for the driver.
I then wrote a letter to the agency owner and indicated that the client had already bought this ladies address once and that he would really like to meet this lady and why could they not provide the ladies address and phone number, as she appeared excited in wanting to meet him also. The manager did not reply to me directly but wrote the client and said that if we wanted to meet this lady that they would arrange the meeting and they would provide the driver and interpreter, no exceptions! The meeting did not take place.
Now I would think if this agency really had this ladies best interest in mind, they would have arranged for a time and place for this man to meet her. He was willing to drive to the center of Kherson and meet her. But instead, if you want to meet this woman, you will pay our price.
In whose best interest was this agency acting for? The agencies, or the ladies? Isn't it this agencies, and all agencies, task to try to introduce there ladies to sincere men who have interest to meet them? Needless to say I will never use or recommend an client to use this agency.
'Deem whores' So, we have a little controversy as to all the whores in Moscow, well, I mean almost all, 99.5% of the whores in Moscow being from Ukraine! Hummphhh, could these be the words of a proud typical Moscow woman who despises most things about Ukraine?
Or, could it be what we have heard about many of these Moscow women not being typical Russian women, with a majority of these Moscow ladies having a more Westernized approach and understanding of things, that we see a little bit of the ole jealousy emerge towards these sensual, beautiful Ukraine women, just as we see American women cringe at the thought of beautiful Russian women?
'Mature man seeking young bride' is scammed because two of the four ladies really don't have interest in him. I hope that Kherson Rose has learned there lesson from this little experience. If half the 19 year olds were not interested in a man 38 years there senior, I hope that Kherson Rose will add a new policy and put a limit of 37 years age difference on future meetings!
'How little info can you submit and still get a K-1 visa' Gee's, I can't believe this is even being discussed. Guys thinking about going thru the K-1 visa process, provide ALL the information you can! Send copies of long distance telephone bills, copies of letters and e-mails written between you, receipts of restaurants, museums, the theatre, ballet, brief letter as to how you meet and when you met and expressing your love for this lady. Keep copies of everything and send one copy of everything to the INS. These shouldn't even be debated!
