I was at a party last night with Russian and Ukrainian people (East Europeans) some were also from Bulgaria. Most of the people at this party were in their 20's and there was this Ukrainian girl who's mother had met and married this American man and so now they live here in America.
Anyway, This girl still has a sister who lives in Ukraine and she wanted to help to find her sister a man who lives here in my state. She told me she posted her sister's photo on Match.com and was looking for men in our city. So she stated on her sisters profile that she lived here and now is corresponding with this man who may be interested.
It was just a little interesting to hear about such stories sometimes and actually to meet the person who has done that. I don't think that the girl is a bad girl but she told me her sister is just tired of being alone and wanted to find a good man and also since her family all lived here that she could be close to her family.
So maybe this may happen often with these FSUW who post a profile that they live in America but really live in FSU. They post such profiles to get better responses and then when establishing some interest they drop the bomb so to speak.
