trying to locate an agency in Odessa

Hello, I am trying to locate a dating service in Odessa Ukraine called Black Sea Singles. Does anyone have experience with this agency? Or know where they are located? I have been emailing a girl thru this agency for 2 months now and I am trying to verify if this agency is a real agency or another internet scam. Also, does anyone know how to go about locating a specific individual there as well.
I have been burned in the past and am trying to still acheive my goals but avoid getting scammed at the same time.

Run a search on the Russian board for Black Sea Singles.  You will find one response: look in the fourth or fith paragraph for your answer.
