First... I've been asked to build a web-site for a few people I met in Ukraine. They've decided to let me pick a name. They're basicly an agency but I hate that word. It's very misleading to the new guys.

I'm thinking along the lines of "awakenings" or "new beginings" but those sound a little tacky.

Any ideas?

Next question... Who is Claire and why am I afraid?

Thanks for all the responses on my trip report. I will eventually get around to posting a web page with photos.

I'm planning my next trip for the first week of next month so I'll be focusing on that for now.

You guys are a hell of a lot nicer after a guy takes his first one!!

PS. I met a REALLY nice 45 year old last week. If anyone might be interested, please let me know. This lady does not act like one of our 45's she is fun, intelligent and outgoing. She knows what she wants. A real lady.

Probably just as tacky, but I always liked the the story of the Phoenix.  Phoenix International "an international introduction, dating, and cultural exchange service"  Rising from the fall of the cold war, Phoenix International assists in introducing the values, culture, charm and beauty of the old world to our western friends disillusioned by the values and culture of their western "its a women's world" counterparts.  Rediscover what you once thought only existed in a time long passed.  Women that believe in feminity, beauty, family and love.  Not because you drive a Ferrari, or travel in your own personal jet, although all of this does help, yada, yada, yada....

Can I use that?

I'm a geeky tech type. Not so good in the creativity department.

What does Phoenix mean?

The Phoenix bird symbolizes immortality, resurrection, and life after death. In ancient Greek and Egyptian mythology, it is associated with the sun god.  According to the Greeks, the bird lives in Arabia, near a cool well.  Every morning at dawn, the sun god would stop his chariot to listen to the bird sing a beautiful song while it bathed in the well. Only one phoenix exists at one time.  When the bird felt its death was near, every 500 to 1,461 years, it would build a nest of aromatic wood and set it on fire. The bird then was consumed by the flames.  A new phoenix sprang forth from the pyre. It embalmed the ashes of its predecessor in an egg of myrrh and flew with it to Heliopolis, "City of the Sun," where the egg was deposited on the altar of the sun god.

The analogy can be associated with the past marriages and lives of the men and women.  From the death of divorce or disillusion comes a new life of love.  The story is of course is a legend.  But legends are powerful stuff?Huh

Ya, what the heck, as long as the sun god doesn't mind, its yours!
