When I opened the mailbox today I was surpised to see my second Notice of Action from the TSC.

It says that my K-1 visa petition was approved and is being forwarded to the consulate in Warsaw.

FAN-FLICKING-TASTIC.  The first Notice of Action was dated on November 7 and this approval is dated on November 27th.  Only took 20 days to approve.  I still cannot believe it.  I did not expect to get approval for a couple of months yet.

I think with maybe some luck I might be able to get her here by the first or second week in January. (But only if I act quickly and keep my nose to the so-called grindstone)

My biggest question at this point is about the case number that was assigned.  I can see a box on my NOA that gives the receipt number but I am not sure where the case number is.  Is that the
"A** *** ***" number that is listed above the beneficiary's name.  I am a little confused by this.  I am thinking it must be because I don't see any other numbers that could be a case number.

Your help with this question is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,  Jim :-D

Congrats!!!!  You lucky dog.  I'm green with envy... My First NOA, with TSC is dated Nov 2. Still waiting, and expecting to for months...I also will go to Warsaw.

Are you planning to request a provisional file be opened, or wait out the sequence?

And have you had any lawyers, senators or representatives' help with your case?

Best wishes, and best of luck to you both!

E-mail Warsaw and ask for a provisional file to be opened (unless you just enjoy waiting).

Yes.  A must be for Alien.  This number is hers and will be on all her documents, including the greencard.  Congrats to you and your gal.
