Hey Kenman,

Sign me up!  I gotta buy in on your Lugansk art world!  Maybe you found a couple old Chagalls or Kandinskys.  Or a budding Picasso??? However do we pay you for your wisdom and insight on Thanksgiving.  You take paypal or billpoint?  Actually you should be auctioning off your wisdom on Soethby's or Christie's....at least Ebay.  Kinda like the fatuous Moby Dick,  Melville would be so jealous of your wit.  I heard MOMA is in the buying mood and Getty is still flush...so why peddle your bull here.  Why,   with your art credentials,  maybe the Louvre will be interested to buy.  The Guggenheim is very interested.  Your precious little experiences---which you try to peddle on this board.  'Cuz ain't nobody with 1/2 a brain is gonna buy your wind.  I can't beleive anyone ever did.

Couple months ago I watched you show up with your bluster and bull and you are up to it--- to your eyeballs.  I think what you really oughta do is shut-up and sit down and write a novel about all your trite experiences and...nobody will read it but you.  You could also check out the "vanity publishers"...it would be a good fit.

Knight,  Castle,  King....your move.  Happy Holiday,  Tim

people talk so much.  Instead of shutting-up.  You opened up this can of worms from you own ignorance---which you somehow mistake for some great breadth of knowledge after a little maybe 10 day trip to a small city in Ukraine.  maybe you had a revelation.  Calm down!  You remind me of an exchange student I knew,  here from Latvia for 2 1/2 months and he thought he was a virtual expert on the USA.  He had 2 weeks in NYC,  living in Brighton Beach and working in downtown NYC.  He had to leave 'cuz the blacks (probably a gang) scared the he11 outta him.  So he got an inter-company transfer to a small New England city,  everyone thought he would be safer here,  'cuz in NYC he would brag that he was a tough street-fighter.  Bad move.  He got eaten alive talkin' tough in NYC.  What a joke...he was whipped cream.  All talk and ssssooo ignorant.  So,  after working for 2 months in a small town he knows he is now an expert on the USA.  Another joke.  Kid knew sh1tt.  It was a job just to get him on the right bus.  So he flew outta JFK and went home where he will,  no doubt,   be an expert on the USA---just as you are one of Ukraine.  Perhaps,  you will impress your little friends in you little circle---how chic.  But on this board...forget it...you keep displaying your inadequatecy.  And if you act like such a total jerk here...you must do it everywhere.
Now,  your recent bull with Ken C is totally way outta line.  He has helped many people on-board and off-board without any price...and your experience and knowledge compared to his...is a fart in the wind.  You did not take my serious recomendation for you to write a book....so maybe you can spend more time on the yahoo board and quit cluttering up this one.  So,  Kenzoid back to my question,  why do you continually keep displaying your ignorance and your poor manners???  Now,  no one is really chasing you away,  but can you change your tone and relax a little bit....Tim

... in response to I always wondered why it is that stupid, posted by tim360z on Nov 23, 2001

Tim I believe you and KenC started all of this. You are the ones that make a habit of verbally attacking and insulting others. And no I am not scared of N.Y.C. I grew up in D.C. when it was murder capital number one. Had enough guns held to my head and have seen enough street gangs to last a lifetime. Relatives are from the Bronx, Dewitt Clinton. Maybe you people should think before you speak. It is not in my nature to attack the way you all do. But I do know how to defend myself. And it is usually by not insulting or fighting! At least Jack has stopped much of insults and has showed alot of class. Maybe others will follow suit?

say another thing.  Missed point again.  It had nothing to do with your experience in a tough neighborhood here.  It was a comparison of an exchange student here for 10 weeks from Latvia who knows Latvia very well 'cuz he lives there.  But,  his 10 weeks in America certainly did not give him a very realistic view of America.  A view and experience most of us know because we happen to live here. For many years.  Now his short view of America and the way he processed that given information will provide both him and others he will speak to....of a very dis-jointed,  fragmented, abstracted view of this America he visited.  His experience and view was far too limited to provide more than a cute travelogue and his many embarrassing details...Serge will leave out.  After 10 weeks here his true lack of knowledge and experience in America is overwhelming and would not provide anyone with more than a scintilla of comprehensiveness.

It is much the same with your experience,  although you were in Ukraine for a far shorter period of time than Serge was in America.  And in a way that is all fine,  because there is always something to be learned.  Even if it is only a small piece or two---to a very large puzzle.

Now,  the only reason I originally tagged you was because you were the first and the only poster I have ever seen on this board who would,  for a price tell of his brief experience in Ukraine.  This board is a good place to view others experiences,  get information,  share opinions and sometimes to get some real help.  And its all for free.  And,  as in real life opinions may vary---which is as it should be.  An exchange of ideas and opinions.  But,  it should not sink to the very low-level of your garbage with Ken C.  Which is totally unwarranted.  And way outta line.  And should stop. His experience and hands-on knowledge has been valuable to many posters.  So put down the axe.  Ok.  Thats it Kenman--have a beautiful life.  Tim

... in response to I quit,  waste of time & space to, posted by tim360z on Nov 23, 2001

I am not missing any points. And I never insulted or attacked anyone like so many like to do here. My point from the beginning was that all I heard was negative things about Lugansk. I found it to be totally opposite. The people were nice and the city quite safe. The fact remains that the buildings are in terrible condition. That is from the outside as the pride of the people make them very cozy and personable inside. I am glad I did not listen and let other's "opinions" affect my decision to find out about Lugansk for myself. Because I am of the opinion that places on the East Side like Donetsk and Kharkov is where the best possibilities lie at present. Now that is not to say that there is alot of people who can help you on this board. They can! But I think anyone with a good life's experience and instincts will do well by themself in the Ukraine. Also a poster wanted to insult me by saying that since all Afghans look the same they all must be. Just like my post on the chess school were did I say that in my post? All it said was the Northern Alliance was fighting with the Russians and that we backed the rebel Taliban factions. If anyone can dispute the fact please let me see it because this is what I have read on CNN and would like to correct it if it is wrong! Anyways I see many are in agreement about what I saw. That the better house and better car for the middle class comes with a price. And that it has nothing to do with the quality of life that money cannot buy. When I was in the school of interpreters I said that they walk alot more than we do here in America. Therefore you do not have the lazy lifestyle and obesity we have here in America. They said they like to walk and I agree. I have walked 5 miles and hit the Bowflex already today. It is a shame the way we have allowed ourselves to degenerate as a society. Even the kids are overweight. And I will repeat many of you are quick to attack and can be snobs at times. But deep down inside many of you mean well. The chess school although for real was a joke. I would not think or expect many of you to understand the depth of what is going on there? Maybe I will open up my own marriage agency..... now that would be a real joke :-) Have a nice day yourself, Tim!

... in response to Kenmans Lugansk..Buy NOW!, posted by tim360z on Nov 21, 2001

I don't think Mr kenman has the sense to handle any charitable donations. Judging by his posts on his trip and in this thread, he has proved himself stupid.

If an individual wants to form a charitable organization based on a particular interest, that individual should tactfully market to those who share similar interests. Mr kenman's charitable "appeal" is offensive and condescending.

It takes some entrepreneurial initiative and marketing skills to make a charity work. Mr kenman obviously has neither. By his "phallic" challenge of $3000 to KenC, he displays his apparent immaturity. I think the cause he is championing could use a much wiser spokesman.

I think I speak for most of us here when I state that Mr kenman can take his request for a handout and stuff it in a manner you would a turkey.

Tim,
Back before Kenman became so knowledgable about "the" Ukraine (that he could charge for his information), he was full of questions about currancy exchange and certain agencies.  Ironicly you and about four other posters stepped right up to try and help Kenman find his way through his darkness.  (All this was at NO CHARGE of course)  His response to this help at that time was "Thanks... board!!! "  Too bad he has such a short memory (and so close to Thanksgiving too!).  Just think if Dan had charged a nickle for every visa question he has answered!  He would be a rich man by now.  There has always been some bickering and beetching here, but I have never seen anyone try to manipulate (blackmail?) the board in this manner.  His actions go against the true spirit of this forum: to FREELY exchange information regarding the pursuit of FSU women.  As I said below, I'm not THAT interested in what he has to say that I am willing to pay for it.

KenC you have the sense of humor of a brick :-) Have you ever been to this country? Met the people and the Industry? It is all about American Dollars. I met one guy who said he could introduce me to some friends of his ( at a small cost of course ). Even Jimmy is thinking of getting in the business. If you think your wife left her country for you because of love you really are in a daze! This is all about economics so I thought I could have some fun and add to the cause. Wake up and smell he coffee.. Happy Thanksgiving :-)

Look in the mirror KenC. And if you can UNDERSTAND? the English language READ! :-) Where did I say I wanted any money? Maybe I am just letting you expose yourself for all those to see :-) I know there are at a few intelligent men on this board! So here we go... "I am willing to send Jack $15 for his services plus a $75 donation. I will get him the address and HIS Agency could make sure they get the funds. If anyone else would like to preserve this art I will gladly open up more about my experience". For what it is worth I had two people make an offer to help and I refused. It was just my fun bent with mind games in order to decipher not only this board but the Agencies and economics of the CIS in general. Would you be able to understand this? Maybe I need to give you more credit than I am :-) Open your eyes and you will see the truth. And yes I agree Dan appears to be one of the few INTELLIGENT ones. Happy Thanksgiving

is your small mind and big mouth.  This FREE forum (thank you Patrick) is here for people to FREELY exchange information regarding FSU counties and women.  You (the expert after your first trip) are trying to manipulate the readers here to donate to YOUR choosen charity.  I understand your position completely.  Of course your comments about my wife's motivations would get you knocked on your arse in person!  You're an idiot if you think anyone is gonna pay to hear your story.  Your trip may have been a life altering experience for you, but there are many other posters here with much more experience and information to share (for FREE).  Again, (for you because you seem to be slow) there were quite a few posters (Tim was one of them) that FREELY posted answers to your questions before you became such an expert.  It will be interesting if anyone answers your future questions.LOL

... in response to what is exposed, posted by KenC on Nov 22, 2001

There you go again. And you have to let your male alter ego get involved. What is exposed is that there are a few men with class who want to find a sincere and honest wife. Men who want to live with good values. Men who believe the sexual lives of their wives is private information. Men who do not want their women hanging out in strip clubs. Women who are not easily given into sexual advances. Yes, KenC OLD FASHIONED values. Ever here of them? But the majority of this endeavor is about economics and sex! Knock me on my arse. I am not afraid of you at all and your puffing of the chest over the internet. I will give you my address and telephone number if you like. I will also make a bet with you. I will put $3000 up to your $3000. Pocket change for people like you and me. We will have a lawyer write out a contract and put the money in a trust fund. If at the end of 5 years you are still married the money is yours. If not it is mine :-) Just a friendly bet! Are you on? I am really bored. We can make out a website with the contract and the accrued value with interest. We can start the process Monday morning ok? Now back to your Turkey!

If it's pocket change, what's the point? What's there to gain? Lawyers, contracts and trust funds? If you lose, it's "pocket change". If you win, you profit from another's misfortune. Nah, no ego involved there, eh?

Not much of your "class" either.

If you're so enamored with Ukrainian souls, why did you leave one of it's best to freeze his a** off? Then you offer him a few bucks for this insult? More pocket change?

Yawn... You *must* be really bored, cause you're boring the shti outta me all the way over here.
