I can give you some advice.  The response rate from these sites, for me, was somewhere between 10-30%.  Thus, the probablility of any particular lady responding to you or to someone who tried to contact her on your behalf, is very low.  I would advise you to broaden your scope in terms of numbers you need to start with.
