I was cut off few times using their 7 cents + connection fee ( $1.99 ) to Ukraine . Also , lost some minutes with their no connection fee cards . Their customer service suck !  Never got my money back. Don`t use `em !

A sorry outfit! Quality sucks frequently. And the my last card didn't work because they changed the access number.Crooks!

I recently found out that the Comtel Card I recommended through LEANCARD.com has gone completely independent of this clearing house. LEANCARD.com still operates and offers cards to Russia and Ukraine, but I found the Comtel card to be the best deal. I contacted them and they gave me information to their web site and phone number for ordering. I left a message for them concerning the cards I had purchased not working and they ACTUALLY called me with the information for the correct access phone number and tested my cards for me. Pretty helpful compared to NOBEL, who has never solved any problems or answered any calls concerning their cards.
